Welcome to Looking Up: A Mental Health Community Gathering!

Join us on Sat, Nov 16, 2024 at 10:00 AM for a day of connection, support, and growth.

This event is a safe space for East Asian, Southeast Asian, South Asian and all Pan-Asian American community members to come together and share resources, learn from each other, and build community around mental health.

Whether you’re struggling with mental health challenges or looking to support others, this gathering is for you. Let’s come together to lift each other up and look towards a brighter future together.

This is a multigenerational event, so bring your grandparents and grandchildren!

Warm Lines

What is a Warm Line?

an alternative to a crisis line that is run by “peers,” generally those who have had their own experiences of trauma
most warm line operators have been through challenges themselves and are there primarily to listen
has the purpose of reducing hospitalization and forced treatment
cost effective and non-intrusive, voluntary intervention
